Mr. Carnevale is a successful businesses executive and leading expert in the video surveillance security industry. With a background in the telecommunications industry, Thomas first entered the security industry with the creation of his first entrepreneurial start-up, JCS Digital Security. The focus of the business was to integrate the best in breed surveillance technologies for both commercial and governmental clients.

Now serving as the Chairman and CEO of Sentry 360 Security, an End to End IP Video Solutions company with a special focus on advanced high resolution surveillance cameras and software management systems.

Known for his industry expertise, Carnevale has delivered key speeches on video surveillance security and his company has been published in various magazines. Most notably, Thomas spoke at the NYC Battery Park Post 911 municipal security meeting and the IP User Group. His speeches have covered topics such as IP Video Convergence, Intelligent Video Applications and Video Storage Compression. In 2007, the September issue of Security Distributing Magazine highlighted Sentry 360’s unique product in the Technology at Work section. Carnevale was also named to the top 25 show stealers at the 2007 International Security conference. In 2013, Sentry 360 Security received The Security Products New Product of the Year Award in honor of their outstanding product development achievements.

He is currently an active consultant for the Gerson Lehman Group — an independent primary research firm serving business and investment leaders — Thomas educates major investment leaders from around the world on the latest video surveillance technology trends and provides specific security technology company market shares and forecasts potential growth. Thomas was recently named a SCHOLAR level consultant which means he is in demand over 70% of GLG’s pool of 400,000 consultants. Tom is also an Independent Security Technology Consultant with Guidepoint Global, a primary research firm that provides investors and business decision-makers with on-demand access to industry experts.

When Thomas isn’t working, he is donating his time to Gregory’s Gifts working on the board. Gregory’s Gifts sponsors monthly projects. Their “Random Gifts” give people the opportunity to give to a variety of causes.
